I had never heard of the artist, but after a search with Google, I found out that his name is R.S. Lonati, and that he died in 1990:

I'm afraid I couldn't come up with more...
We often encounter this when making the Comiclopedia. We make an entry for an artist of which we know very little, and sometimes we are then contacted by his children, grandchildren etc. who provide us with much more info.
I could make a page for Mr Lonati, but then I'll have to know if he was an artist of actual comics... Was Lonati merely the cover artist, or did he also do interior art?
