Jeffery Williams gab heute die Crew für To Meet the Face You Meet bekannt:

Zitat:

WE DID IT! With funds contributed by our beloved Kickstarter backers and matching contributions from the studio we're announcing our stellar primary cast. – This is an official announcement for you backers on the inside of our production - we are releasing the names and faces of CONFIRMED and contracted A-List talent to star in "To Meet the Faces You Meet". Your contributions seeded our budget, and with some matched funds of our own, we have reached way beyond our initial expectations with this amazing talented group...and some faces you know!

PATTON OSWALT: Patton was cast and performed all of his parts prior to our successful fundraising campaigns on Kickstarter. You know Patton from "Ratatouille", "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", "Happy", "Veep", "Archer", "Mystery Science Theater 3000" and many more. He plays the lead character of MEAD. ROBERT PICARDO: Robert has been featured in countless big-budget theatrical pictures such as "Legend", "The Burbs", "Inner Space", "The Howling", "The Orville", "Stargate Atlantis", and is best known as the holographic doctor on "Star Trek Voyager". Robert will play ADMIRAL GILLETTE, the antagonist of our narrative.

SAMUEL HUNT: Sam was the lead in the feature film "Unbroken: Path to Redemtion", a project originally conceived of and produced by actress Angelina Jolie, and the true story of Louis Zamperini, a WWII POW who comes home to America. He has also appeared in "Empire", "Chicago P.D.", and "Chicago Fire" to name a few. Sam will be playing lead character FRIZ opposite Oswalt's "MEAD" character. We are very excited to have acquired this talented, experienced young actor.

LILLIE YOUNG: Fairly new to the big screen, Lillie has been in feature films ("Broken Faith" and "Shadow Bound") and brings years of stage experience to her role as PHOEBE, the rescued felon that our heroes bring on board the ship. Her screen test knocked us out, and we are thrilled to have discovered this talent who currently lives in Los Angeles.

KASSANDRA WRIGHT: "Faces" will be the feature film debut of this talented actress with years on live stages performing a wide ranges of characters. Kassandra will play TAM, a holographic version of a girl from Friz & MEAD's past who becomes crucial to their survival. Kassie auditioned with a stunning screen test, and we are proud to introduce this wonderful actor to the feature film world. PATRICK WARBURTON: Patrick shared the screen with Patton on "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", but his amazing resumé only begins there. He was "Puddy" on "Seinfeld", Lemony Snickett on the series "A Series of Unfortunate Events", "The Orville" (also with Robert Picardo), the lead character in "The Tick", as a twisted version of himself on "Ted 2, and "Men in Black 2". Patrick is prolific in the realm of voice-characters including appearances on "Family Guy", "Scooby Doo", "Archer" (with Patton Oswalt), "The Bee Movie", Cad in "Underdog", and Kronk in Disney's "The Emperor's New Groove". Patrick has already recorded his parts in our feature film as "Timmy the Wunderbot".

OTHER ACTORS: There will be about 25 more character actors that will play various roles - fighter pilots, bounty hunters, guards & troops, navigators & pilots - and will be shot after we have competed primary filming of the lead characters we have now introduced you to. One speaking role was awarded to UK based Connor Matthews, a KICKSTARTER backer! Several extras will also be utilized from our KS family of contributors. Stay tuned.

WHAT'S NEXT? As we wait for COVID-19 to come under control, we are preparing wardrobe and planning a very large green-screen set build that will be much like a gigantic "Chutes & Ladders" game for our actors to play on. We have added many more LA-based actors than originally planned (and added to our limited existing talent budget to make those casting opportunities happen in tandem with backer funds), so we are therefore planning an IndyGoGo campaign to assist with airfare (most actors require first class tickets due to SAG rules), hotels, and meals while in our care. Thanks to backers like yourselves (who are now a credited part of our film), we are making a better picture. Stay tuned. Jeffery A. Williams/CoWriter and Director
